Lunch is served promptly at noon. It is a suggested $2.00 donation.

  • Nutrition and other educational presentations
  • Games: Table Tennis, Bridge, Chess, Bingo, Dominoes, and much more
  • Volunteer Opportunities through the “Retired & Senior Volunteer Program” (RSVP)
  • Minor home repair for low income senior home-owners through E-Homes
  • Avoid Medicare Fraud through the Senior Medicare Patrol (SMP)
  • Workout Equipment

New Trip Policy:

The Paducah Senior Center is proud to be able to offer trips to those individuals who participate at the Senior Center. “In order to qualify as an active member, seniors must participate in any of the activities listed below a minimum of 6 times during the prior 12 months. Participation is required before registration  for a trip will be allowed.” It is the Senior Member’s responsibility to register on the sign in sheets when participating in any of these activities to qualify for a trip:

Congregate meals, Exercise, Workout Room, Arts and Crafts activities, Senior Dance/Potluck, Billiards/Pool Room, Active RSVP Volunteer, Ballroom or Line Dancing, or Off-Site Activities
